A - Pours a clear golden colour with a one inch white head that slowly falls away.
S - Grassy hops, grainy sweetness with a slight metallic touch.
T - Very much like the smell. Grassy hoppiness, light sweet grainy malt.
M - Light bodied, fairly high carbonation.
D - Nothing wrong with it but nothing to get excited about.

Feral Organic Pilsner.
A = Poured a pale straw colour with a thin foam head.
S = Overpowering grassy smell. There is also a faint hop character. But the grassy smell powers over all smells.
T = A good standard pillsner. Inital grassy taste that then gives way to the floral sazz hop character that you associate with pilsners. Although I don't like pillsners, I didnt mind this one.
M = Was moderately carbonated with complimented the pillsner style well.
D = Slightly better than average. Drinkable.

Had this on two occasions at the Brissy Beer Festival (both on tap), the first time i was really impressed by the bitterness, buttery-sweetish malts and floral saaz character. Second time was still nicely bitter, but didn't grab me as much as the first time. But, this is still a top class pils, well made.
