Drank from the 330mL can in Shanghai China.
A: Drank from the can so can't say much.
S: Light and crisp with lots of grass, some hay, some citrus in there and some vegetal.
T: Very typical. Crackery malt holding up just barely a wet veggie and lightly sweet character. Not too bad I guess.
Overall: Just about as average as it comes for this style. You can picture it in your mind before you drink it, and then what do you know - exactly that. Although I guess in some ways that's not a bad thing?

Poured from 330ml bottle into pint glass.
Appearance: pours a sudsy thick white head which gradually recedes leaving decent lacing. Color is a clear light gold with abundant streaming carbonation.
Aroma: initially a bit of skunk (green bottle), once this dissipated remaining aroma is a combination of pungent grassy hops and sweet bread dough.
Mouthfeel: light and frothy with a drying finish.
Flavor: nice combination of lightly toasted barley, a hint of caramel and toffee, strong grass hop presence as well as some bitter hops in the finish.
Overall: excellent and well done pale lager. Would like to try it from a can or on tap to see if the initial skunk is not present.
