Palouse features a prominent chocolate malt aroma and taste with a singed tail of roast barley. It is clouded brown color, a few shades shy of black, and refuses to yield head or lace. This ones a bit gruff, like an overcoat you turn up against a rainy night. But comforting for the same reason. 52 IBU.
