[Suggested Glassware: Tulip Glass]
The pour was a clear copper orange with an average (1-2 finger) off white bubbly head that reduced down to a thin puddled film and small collar with excellent sticky sheets of lacing.
The aroma was of a light biscuit malt, pine hops and a soapy yeast with notes of caramel, toffee, citrus (grapefruit) and a light tropical fruitiness (pineapple I believe).
The taste was lightly malty sweet with a hint of caramel and a mild fruitiness from the start, becoming nice and hoppy with dose of citrus, a hint of toffee and a bitter citrus peel ending. The flavor lasted for a good long time following the swallow, with a slightly sweet bitter hoppy taste that was left to linger for a while longer.
Mouthfeel was a few steps above light in body with an exceptionally dry texture and a carbonation that was a little more than mild.
Overall this was a decent enough IPA with a good strong bitterness along with a touch of fruit and mild sweetness, making this a nice and easy to drink brew...
