A - Pours a beautiful merrygold tone. 1 ½ finger head with excellent retention and a great lacing covers the entire glass. Great looking beer.
S - Floral hops balanced out by a sweet malt scent. Some grapefruit give it a pleasant, citrus aroma as well. This is exactly what I’ve come to expect from an IPA, really. Nice and potent.
T - Earthy hops and a citrus underbelly… Great balance in the flavor with a nice, malty sweetness that lasts throughout the entire tasting. Finishes on a not-harsh bitter kick to really round off the flavor.
M - Full, smooth body with a laidback carbonation. Clean and easy finish.
O - Excellently made IPA. One of the most balanced I’ve come across. Ranks right up there with Lagunitas IPA as a top-tier brew. Certainly going to revisit this one in the future.
