Poured into a Bell's tulip on 7/27/12
A) Very light in color. Faded, watery straw hue. Bone white head just shy of two fingers but it doesn't last. Paper-thin retention with some lace.
S) Fresh, grassy hop aroma with hints of lemon. Toasted grains. Undertones of biscuit. Rather clean aroma.
T) A solid hop bite kicks off each swig; the Saaz are working overtime on this one. Grass, lemon zest and faint herbal notions. Moderate biscuit notes flesh out the hop bitterness of the back half.
M) Light, breezy body with an utmost crisp feel. Carbonation is matched expertly with the hop profile. It finishes clean.
D) Incredibly easy to drink and it remains tasty even after hitting room temperature.

(Served in a strange)
A- This beer pours a pale yellow crystal clear body with a snow white bubbly head. There is a sea of slow microbubbles working to the surface.
S- The clean dry corn hint has a mellow green hop hint in the finish. Otherwise the aroma is very clean.
T- The dry field corn and pale malt hints have some soft dry finish of mellow green hops. There is a dry corn taste that lingers a moment.
M- The medium-light mouthfeel has a spicy fizz in the finish and no alcohol heat.
O- This beer is dry and fizzy without much flavor and the hops that are a bit dull and one-dimensional.
