A - Very BIG soapy head. Cannot be strait poured from the 22oz bomber... Yeast quickly colors the brew cloudy. Color of brew is a red(ish) brown, with a slight tint of orange. Great color for a Wit.
S - Very sweet and sour smelling. Very citrus for a wit brew. Smells of light banana (Belgian yeast). A very great scent. Better than any other Wit I've had.
T - Very light and mild. not at all in-your-face. Slight lime and lemon tartness with a great silky hop flavor. there's a little bit of orange floating around too...
M - Extremely light and airy. Very easy to consume, perfect for a hot, hot day! Light bodied with heavy carbonation.
D - Very drinkable. The citrus bring you back for more each time. Very enjoyable! I wish SKA would release this brew (or one similar) in the Summer too. But, DIFF stands for Durango Independent Film Festival, so Summer is not an option... :(
A great brew, try one if you find one.... It should also be known, all of my reviews are based on style...
Cheers!
