One of the best brews I had at this particular establishment.

Deep copper color with an off white head that laces pretty well.

Smell is full of citric hop along with some rich malt and a light estery finish.

Taste is fullbodied and smooth. Good malt balanced with a light hop finish. No off flavors at all.

A good brew that quenches the thirst pretty well.

Draft at the brewpub.

Pours clear copper with a one-finger white head and good lacing.

Aroma is decent, with caramel malt and piney and citrusy hops.

Sweet caramel malt on the flavor and C-hops evident with pine and citrus notes, along with just a little bit of toast. Pretty well-balanced.

Medium body with average carbonation.

Pretty drinkable. This one was a winner as far as this brewery goes, but overall was only above average for the style.

A: Clear amber/copper color. Poured a 1 finger off-white head that dissipated to a thin skim. Laced in broken patches.

S: Grapefruit and citrus hops. Slight sweet malts, wet grains and hay.

T: Big, slightly sweet roasted malts up front followed by resiny hops. Enough bitter in the finish for some nice balance

M: Medium body. Low carbonation. Good flavor and nice balance give it a good feel overall.

D: Very drinkable; good flavor and finish. Smooth, but for lingering bready malt.
