As a college student in Cleveland, Warehouse Beverage supplied everything I needed for my self-directed study of craft beers. Not only did this store nurture my beer palate; its selection spoiled me.

Warehouse beverage doesn't look like much from the outside. In fact I'd passed by a number of times thinking that it was simply a bud-light beer hole. The inside is well organized and roughly split in half between wine and beer. There is some hard liquor but it doesn't take significant floor space. There's also a wall of homebrewing supplies.

Most of the beer is stored warm, although some local sixers and eclectic domestic and imported singles are also available cold. The domestic inventory offers a good selection of Micros from both coasts, Colorado, and the Midwest. Bells, Dogfishhead, Avery, Allagash, Pyramid, Rogue, Stone, etc.

The selection of imports is almost intimidating, and offers a nice selection of Belgian, British and German imports. Their selection isn't limited to those countries, and also includes a few beers from Asia and South America.

Certainly this is a store that is worth a visit for Cleveland area residents. The phone book says it's in Cleveland Proper, but I think it's really in South Euclid. Regardless, it's basically across the street from the Giant Eagle on Mayfield.

After reading good things about this shop my wife and I made the trip yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. It is a small shop that has a lot to offer and a polite staff. We stocked up mainly on bombers...some were $1.00 cheaper than grocery stores and Lizardville, and a few were from breweries in Southern Ohio that it haven't seen at other shops in the Cleveland area. I'd definitely go here if I needed something for a bottle share.

If you are from out if town looking for Ohio beers I didn't see a lot from the popular Ohio breweries, but I was pleased with the selection from some newer breweries in southern Ohio. Will go back when I want to stock up again for the cellar and I recommend making the trip here for any Clevelander.

Great selection of beers. One of the best selections in the area. They carry most things that are distributed in the area. Lots of bombers.

They have few single bottles (1 rack in the back of the store) so if your looking to mix and match a sampler, look else where. Also, they charge a slight markup for single bottles.

The staff is pretty knowledgeable and friendly.

the only bad thing about this place is that it seems to be the go-to beer stop for a lot of people. That makes some rare beers very hard to come by and they usually limit you to 1-2 bottles a person. They don't do wait lists and don't hold for regulars, that makes it pretty straight forward.
