Pale, hazy yellow that clears up as the beer settles, with a thick foamy white head.
Grainy, lightly sweet, biscuity malt with a lightly grassy hop backing in both aroma and taste.
Medium+ creamy body, foamy carbonation.
A well done, easy drinking cream ale, the initially hazy appearance and creamy body makes me think perhaps it was on nitro tap?
Serving type: on-tap

Had on draft at TapHouse Seattle. Great nitro pour. Perfect head, crystal clear straw color. Flavor profile is a nice sweet and smooth ale. Nice slight hop character on backed to clean up the finish on the palate. Only bad comment was a predominant husk of the grain flavor, on the front palate.
