Light amber color with the faintest hazes. Some spotty-to-blankety lace on the glass. Modest starting head.

Pine-like hop aroma. Overall, mild smells, but the pale malt is definitely in the background.

Little to no malt base. The hop jumps in quickly and stays around throughout the tasting, but the aftertaste is surprisingly brief. Interestingly, I detect some alcohol warmth. Initially, I was thinking this was another session style beer because of the muted tasted, but the warming aspects tell me otherwise. Spritzy and bubbly for the style. Neutral body.

This IPA pours with a light amber color. A tall loose head forms on the pour with lace forming in it's wake.
Mild carbs stream to the top.
In the aroma is citrus, and lemon with some subtle pine.
The taste isn't very hoppy but is balanced.
It's refreshing and clean with some lingering bitterness on the palate.
It's an enjoyable beer and nice to see this brewery kick but There is best is still limbo.

Poured 12oz bottle dated 1/6/14 into tulip

A-Pours clear gold, lightly effervescent, with a creamy, 1 finger white head. Decent lacing.

S-Nose has light dry orange, pine, pee and mild grapefruit.

T-Light to medium sweet flavor with further pine and orange and grapefruit.

M-Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with pith, faint grass and citrus rind bitterness.

O-overall a decent IPA

12 ounce bottle from the 12 bottle box.

1-6-14 etched onto the bottle, bottling date?

Pours heavily hazed lighter and yellowy . Frothy off white head, stays nicely, before leaving plenty of thicker and high on the glass lace.

Lemon, ginger and citrus on the nose.

More of the same on the tongue and around the mouth. Hops are kinda dull tasting and mostly just bittering. Not getting much floral or citric notes. All in all a decent if not awe inspiring AIPA. Worth a try but dont expect fireworks
