Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a Samuel Adams pint glass.
The color is a somewhat cloudy light yellowish/gold with a finger of foamy white head and some nice lacing.
The hops come out in the nose and are really inviting with some nice floral hop aroma. There is a touch of tangy sweetness here with some slight citrus and sweet malt in the background.
The taste is bitter at first, of coarse, with hops engulfing a slight citrus flavor mixed with tangerine and a little peach flavor is hiding in there as well. There is a sweetness there that does come out to put a nice break in the bitterness.
The feel of this beer is lighter then other IPAs in it’s class. It has a drinkable feel and goes down well with only a slight kick toward the end.
