A - Pours a slightly cloudly golden color with a generous pure white head.
S - Smells of floral hops and cirus.
T & M - Citrus notes of grapefruit, lemon, orange, etc. Wheat charachter is present. Light-Medium Bodied smooth mouthfeel.
O - A drinkable, almost sessionable EIPA. A great represntation of the style. Tasty, and a breath of fresh air from the "Bigger-Younger Brother" American IPA's.
Serving type: growler

Appearance: Pours a hazy golden color with a nice head; quite a few strands of lace line the glass on the way down
Smell: Citrusy grapefruit with a hint of biscuit
Taste: Biscuity, up front, with a quick shift to the grapefruity hops; clean finish, with a lean to the bitter and fruity side
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Either the recipe has changed or there are a lot of old bottles out there but this beer is surprisingly good when fresh; I wouldn't spin it as an English IPA given the flavor of the hops in my sample but it definitely leans toward the East Coast with the balance factor
