Not the first time I've enjoyed this brew, but the first time I've thought about it for review purposes.
I consider this a nice spicy IPA and a well balanced brew.
This is a very good beer, but not a great one.
I poured this unfiltered beer from it's bottle into a traditional pint glass.
You immediately notice the cloudy appearance and a lighter than usual color for IPA's. I would call it Light copper to dark gold.
Very nice and strong fresh hoppy aroma as well as a nice amount of lacing as you enjoy the beer..
As I drink this I notice a creamy mouth feel and an interesting carbonation profile.
There is a fruity complexity to the hops and I note a grapefruit taste.
The hops bitterness lingers and is nice.
