Style | ABV
English India Pale Ale (IPA) |  5.90% ABV

Availability: Year-round

Notes/Commercial Description:
Real India Pale Ale (IPA), as it was first brewed in the days of the British Empire, was not the carefully filtered brew that we call IPA beer today. The first IPAs were unfiltered and featured extra hops and higher strength as a preservative for the long trip from England to the colony of India. Our Traditional IPA ale is naturally carbonated, dry-hopped & unfiltered like the old days.

A- Pours a light golden with a pure white head. Leaves a nice amount of lacing.

S- A mix of citrus and pine in the nose.

T- More wheaty than other IPA's I've tried. A citrusy beginning with hints of lemon and grapefruit that turns into a piney bitter aftertaste.

M- More carbonation than other IPA's, but I like that a lot.

A very drinkable beer that can be drank all night. Very refreshing and could easily be drank during the summer. Better than those summer ales.

Bottle > Pint Glass

A - Cloudy yellow orange with a finger of soapy whtie head, medium thick lacing.
S - Sweet grainy bread malt, pine, citrus, a little orange juice. Basic
T - Big bread and cracker malt, semi sweet corn tones, grain, light grass and a little orange or even tangerine.
M - Very drinkable, clean and to the point.
O - Decent IPA, better than I remember, I could easily down a few of these on a hot day.
