Pours a hazy pale yellow with little head from the tap. Smell is citrus and hoppy, but rather mellow... Not a real strong scent.
Taste is smooth, yet bland for an IPA. I yearn for more hops on this brew to give it some character. Almoat tastes like a light IPA.
It is easy drinking and overall, not bad. But if you're looki.g for a bold IPA, this isn't it...

Appearance: Pours a hazy golden color with a nice head; quite a few strands of lace line the glass on the way down
Smell: Citrusy grapefruit with a hint of biscuit
Taste: Biscuity, up front, with a quick shift to the grapefruity hops; clean finish, with a lean to the bitter and fruity side
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Either the recipe has changed or there are a lot of old bottles out there but this beer is surprisingly good when fresh; I wouldn't spin it as an English IPA given the flavor of the hops in my sample but it definitely leans toward the East Coast with the balance factor
