Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a pint glass.
The color is a dark gold with a finger of foamy off-white head and some slight lacing left on the glass.
The smell is pretty malty with some slight hops and a bit of a maple flavor that reminds me of pancakes.
The taste is again malty with a bit of caramel and some slight toffee flavor. There is a hint of gram cracker as well asa slight maple flavor.
The feel of this beer is light with a good amount of carbonation. It goes down easy and has only a slight bitter mouth feel at the end.
