Appearance: 12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Colour is a pale, hazy orange-wheat. Head is half-finger in height and fades to a thin, wispy layer on top. Small amounts of visible carbonation.
Smell: Aromas of coriander, orange zest, wheat, and yeast are mild but blend together very nicely.
Taste: Acidic and bitter. This reminds me of something along the lines of mandarin-flavoured seltzer. All of the pleasant aromas crashed into one another and formed one confused and noisy flavour.
Mouthfeel: Light body, lots of carbonation, finishes a little sticky.
Overall: This brew leaves something to be desired. While everything about this beer is nice and light, the taste is just not pleasing. It is uninteresting and best left for those days where you need a beer to bring to a BBQ in the summer.
