Ok, here's the deal with this beer:
It looks nice. The cloudiness and lemon-color, makes very pleasing to the eye.
It smells nice. Very sweet/floral thing its got going for it.
But then the taste puts the whole thing off. Its not necessarily a bad taste, but rather an awkward taste. At first, sweet; which is nice - I like sweet and especially this kind of sweet cause its not too sweet. Then, its way too strong on the coriander; even though the coriander makes the taste interesting its turned up one notch too high. Then, theres some awkward and unnecessarily soapy/chalky/cleaner-like taste at the finish; I understand that perhaps that bite of bitterness can be good - in fact I love bitter beers - but it doesn't fit here; or perhaps its just like the coriander and needs to jump down a notch.
Overall, the beer is not really that pleasant to drink but the strange way by which that it is unpleasant makes it just strange enough to keep drinking. I could see though how it could be decently nice on a hot day. However, I think I'll stick to other summer beers.
