On tap at Northside...
Apears a transparent light gold with a small white cap that quickly fades. Scattered streaks of lacing are left round the glass.
Smell is of baked biscuits, citrus, herbs, cut grass, pine sap, and cut wood.
Taste is of the flavors with notes of vanilla and bitter orange peel.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, well balanced with hop oils resonating in the finish.
Serving type: on-tap

Poured into a Due South Brewing Co. snifter. There's a freshness code stamped on the bottleneck but it's smeared and unreadable.
A- Pours a hazy dark amber color with a 1/2 inch off-white head that retains well before becoming a thick bubbly ring around the edge of the glass and some small bubbly patches of surface foam. Tight clusters of semi-resilient lacing.
S- Musty, earthy hop aroma. Smells like New Zealand hops but I'm not sure.
T- Similarly earthy in the flavor with a bit of citrus on top. Zesty hop bitterness is assertive yet enjoyable. Easy drinking for the ABV.
M- Tingly and bright with medium carbonation and a body leaning toward the fuller side.
O- A very smooth and flavorful DIPA. I only got a single but I should've picked up a 4- or 6-pack.
