As per Billy Hoffman from Long Trail, this is the brewery's first Pale Ale while the IPA has been out for some time. They retired their wheat brand for this beauty.
A: Poured into a pint glass with a solid finger and half linen white head and excellent crescent lacing.
S: The nose gives off a pleasant medium aroma hops and balanced malt, crystal perhaps, whiff up your nostrils.
T: As per the style the taste is bready fuggles and slippery smooth caramel maltyness.
M: Medium to thick which I found quite enjoyable.
D: I'm was very surprised to find out LT never had a PA but went straight to the IPA. Makes sense and is a great way to compare the two style within the brewery. A great session beer.
Serving type: on-tap
