When I first looked at this bottle with the big bumblebee and sunflowers on the label I wasn't expecting much. I was, however, pleasantly surprised. Pollenator pours a nice copper color with a nice but not spectacular head. The smell was pleasant and dominated by the sweet honey. The taste was what really surprised me. The honey flavor is very well blended with the malt and hops to make this a nicely balanced and tasty beer. The good level of carbonation along with the fairly light body also added to the experience. I wasn't sure what to expect when I tried this, and I can easily say I was happy with the results.
