12 oz. bottle poured into a pint glass.
A - Crystal clear, golden yellow in color. Bright white head appears - about 1 finger thick. Dissapates quickly.
S - Sweet biscuit. Hints of yeast. Not much in the way of hops in the nose.
T - Crisp, clean tangy lemon. Yeasty bread also comes through in the taste. Some hints of earthy grass.
M - Light to medium bodied. Prickly carbonation coats your tongue. Finishes dry on the palate.
D - Overall, a clean/crisp ale for the spring. Very similar to Long Trail Pale Ale in my opinion - maybe a bit too similar. Probably won't purchase anymore, but will enjoy what I have.
