From a 650ml bottle served straight from the fridge at 8 degrees Celsius into a white wine glass. No dates on the bottle. Boo.
Look: The beer pours a clear amber with 2cm of dense, off-white head that settles into a craggy cap in 2+ minutes. Overall decent head with poor lacing.
Smell: Medium-light and balanced. The hops have a spicy, herbal, and mildly floral character that compete with the also prominent pumpkin. The yeast brings out phenols that work well together with the subtle, seasonal spices. Faint pale malts create a clean platform for the rest of the ingredients to shine. The aroma is nuanced with layers.
Taste: Moderate intensity and balanced. Very much in line with the aroma. The front delivers pumpkin and hops which transform into phenols and spices which are backed up by a faint, malty sweetness. In essence the flavour is exactly as advertised: beer with pumpkin and spices. Unpretentious and I like it. The finish leans towards sweet with medium length and intensity.
Feel: Medium body with moderate carbonation. Lively and drying with no apparent alcohol.
Overall: A solid seasonal offering from GLB. I prefer this over their regular pumpkin ale. The different yeast strain adds life and complexity while the higher attenuation improves drinkability. The beer is nuanced and the ingredients are balanced with nobody left behind. I think it's worth a try.

Cloudy orange with lots of carbonation, like more than soda water. No head (ironic, considering the scarecrow on the label)
Smells of roasted pumpkins, Belgian yeasts, phenols and coriander.
Tastes of Belgian yeasts, phenols, coriander, and maybe some pumpkin, then again, maybe not.
Light, watery body, with overload soda carbonation.
Got tonight in Kitchener, drinking in New Hamburg. I had high expectations when few were left on the shelf. Was hoping for more pumpkin flavour, but as far as a Belgian Ale in general, not necessarily a saison in particular, its ok. Drank Sept 24th, 2016.
