This is one of their special brewer selected beers if I am not mistaken. It pours a hazy, pale yellow with a slight head that leaves great lacing.
The smell is citrusy, lemony.
The taste followed suit. There was some tartness at the start, lemon in the middle and then finishes quite smooth. It was a good beer, but did not blow me out of the water.

Bought a growler and my buddies and I poured it into mugs.
Golden yellow color, mildly transparent. 1 inch full white head. Rich smell, very pleasing. Hints of citrus maybe a marshmellow. Taste was not that of other wheat beers, but then again it's not exactly a wheat beer. I'm gonna have to say the mouthfeel is what keeps this from being very drinkable. It felt almost like flat soda.

Had this beer on-tap at the brewery.
A: Darker golden, small head
S: Yeast, Malt, lemony.
T: Wheaty, some citrus but certainly an ale finish vs. a Hefeweizen.
M: Smooth but higher carbonation.
Decent beer but was kind of generic. Too average to be considered great.

Built for all-things-summer, the candied fruit notions of lemon, bread, and powdered sugar gives the ale a zesty and refreshing character with assured sweetness. It the beer built for picnics in the park or what?
Hazy gold in color, the ale carries a somewhat dirty appearance. An ivory head rises to cap the ale with short statured early structure and shy isolated lacing. Its kinda obvious that the beer needs a lot more carbonaiton.
Pez-like in sweetness, its confectioners' scent is alluring when combined with the bready-rich scent of wheat malt, lemony esters, white pepper, and light clove. Slightly bubblegumy, the beer is modestly minty, earthy, and vanilla-like.
Partly-malty and partly-grainy, the beer's early palate is rich, sweet, bready and doughy. Sugar cookies, confectioner's sweetness and fresh baked cake give the beer a taste that's highly balanced toward the malts. Balanced by lemon-like yeast esters and a boost from herbal and floral hops- the ale is much more that sweet and spice. A soft rebuttal from hops and alcohol keeps the beer variant and smooth.
Medium bodied, yet the ale should provide a creamier and drier impression, but instead the malt sweetness lumbers on the palate with mild fatigue and a lingering that wears out its welcome. Finishing malty-sweet and only timidly dry- the ale is well suited for hot summer days and as an introduction to wheat ales.

A - Poured out a cloudy, straw yellow color with a one-finger, soapy, white head with a good deal of bubbles. It left little to no lace.
S - It smelled of wheat, lemon, orange and yeast.
T - Fruity and wheaty with notes of lemon, orange and some spicy yeast.
M - It was crisp and sharp with a somewhat dry finish. A light bodied ale.
D - This is an okay wheat ale. I wouldn't seek it out again, though.

I had this on-tap at the Pigeon Forge location.
A: Poured a very cloudy, unfiltered yellow color, with a slight ring posing as a head sitting on top of the liquid.
S: Like most SMB brews, I got basically nothing on the nose. Damn shame...
T: This had an unpleasant "watered-down" wheat beer taste, with virtually no spice component to add complexity whatsoever.
M: Despite the bland, diluted popsicle taste, this went down fairly smooth. The lacing was mild.
O: While this was drinkable, it was ultimately generic.
