This one-of-a-kind red lager is the unique creation of our brewmaster. Special hop characteristics are brought out through a process called "dry-hopping", where raw hops are added directly to the lagering brew. Experience this smooth blend of slightly sweet malt flavors balanced by the full taste and aroma of the renowned Hallertau hop.

On cask.
Pretty pour, dark red with a large, soapy white head.
Smells of fairly mild hops against a big backbone of caramel and bread malt. Not as crisp as what I'm used to with reds, but nice and smoth.
Tastes very much like it smells. The bite of the hop is softened greatly by the smoothness of the cask pour, and the red ale maltiness is a lot more reigned in than you might be used to.
Very laid back, smooth red. Reds ain't exactly what I'm used to getting out of a cask, but this one worked pretty well.

Poured from a nitro tap into a pint glass. Pours light deep red with a fluffy white head. Smells of caramelized grain and some fresh fruit. Tastes of creamy bright fruit with some caramelized grain. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.
