12 oz bottle with a freshness date on the back label, under the cap it reads "The Truth is Slippery, like Eels".
A- Crystal clear pale yellowish gold, so light it could be mistake for a macro-lager. Thin wispy white lace barely holds together.
S- Mild twang of fermented wheat, lemony aroma ... faint yeasty funk but pretty damn clean in the nose.
T&M- Nice refreshing factor from the ample crispness, moderate body. Pale malted grain and wheat combine for a snappy grain bite with lemony fruity twang in the middle and dry grain in the finish. Just a kiss of hops which help to balance.
D- What can I say, a good pick for a summer beer? Why not but certainly more on the refined side of things ... not a bad thing but this one does not shine past the many other summer beers out there.

Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color topped with a thin white lace, that settles to a ring.
Appealing fruity aroma (faint esters) of unpeeled soft fruits with grain in the backdrop and a hint of lemony rind and floral/herbal spice.
Crisp upfront, and quite refreshing. Dry-ish. Light-bodied, with an even ripe fruity sweetness and touch of yeasty breadiness. Herbal hops mingle in well, providing great balance and delicate spiced flavor. Some lemony/orangey citric snap. Apple-y and apple peel edge rounds things off, with a raw leafiness following and creating a slight coarseness on the palate. Wheaty grain finish with tannins in the linger.
A pretty damn approachable, basic, tasty and refreshing beer.
