Appearance: One finger fluffy white head that died down to a nice little film. Nice lacing. Moderate carbonation. Nice glowing honey color.
Smell: Yeasty bread with apricot jam.
Taste: Malty and sweet, actually does have a noticeable apricot flavor. Finishes with a bitterness that does not linger long. I normally don't like flavored beers, but this is subtle.
Mouthfeel: Nothing unusual or noteworthy, slight carbonation becomes evident.
Drinkability: Very drinkable. Low alcohol means that this could be a session beer, and the flavor is interesting enough. I could drink this on a hot summer day for sure.
Serving type: bottle
