Received a pint of a very pale orange brew with a fair off-white head and lacing. Doesn't look like much, but don't judge the book by the cover.
Terrific scent. Light malt, light hops and nice apricot/peach scent (light, faint). Just right.
Wonderfully balanced beer here. Light malt, some mild bitterness, and a nice apricot finish. No overpowering fruit-nectar here; just an essence. Finishes clean. Wow. That's nice.
Moderate carbonation, light in the mouth and on the tongue.
This is the type of beer you might shy away from buying a 6 pack, as you wonder how much apricot can you take...well, the answer is ALL 6! No way will you hit a saturation point. Extremely sessionable. Food? How about fowl stuffed with fruit, grain, etc. or roast pork loin with squash/sweet potato/ or roasted apples. Might also work with Asian sweet/sour cuisine. Nice beer.

12 oz bottle poured into a lager glass.
A - Clear gold. one finger head dissipates quickly with mild retention. Spotty lacing.
S - Tea, malt and faint apricot.
T - Malt and yeast dominate with some bitter hops and tea flavor to finish with. The longer it sits, the more pronounced the light apricot flavor becomes.
O - I tasted more tea than apricots. This would be a good choice where you can build your own six pack.
