Slightly coppery amber color topped by a yellow-orange tinted 1/8 inch. Smooth but soapy texture with spotty lace bits sticky around the glass. Aroma is of earthy pears, pineapples, apples, oranges, light grapefruit, citrus rind. Buttered popcorn faintly comes to mind as well. Everything combines creating a woody-minty cool-fruity-caramel coated situation. Taste is sweet with caramel soaked oranges, buttery flowers, and tart with lemon and grapefruit pulp. Pretty interesting actually. This seems like more of a hoppy pale also by the way. Through the finish there's a refreshing mint-like feel, that fades just in time for the next sip. Medium body with syrupy, coating qualities. Easily consumable indeed.
Nice concoction, especially if you think of it as a semi-hoppy pale ale.
