Appearance: Pours a rusty amber with a slight orange cue with an off-white head. Head retention is decent with minimal lacing.
Smell: Slight malt notes and a toasted bread aroma, but nothing profound.
Taste: Earthy malts and toasted bread notes come out with the slightest hop touch. Nothing mind blowing, but it is attractive and a good spring seasonal.
Mouthfeel: Nothing profound is left behind just a smooth feeling in the mouth. Kind of a confusing taste though.
Drinkability: This was on sale at the 612 for virtually nothing so we scooped a bunch up. A good beer, but like I said nothing mind blowing.
Serving type: bottle
