Poured this Herbed beer from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Poured a hazy golden/yellow color, produced an average white head, average retention and left very nice lacing on the glass. The aroma consisted of fresh baked bread, lemon citrus, cooked veggies and coriander. Medium in body, a foundation of malted grain, white pepper, lemon, and grassy bittering hops. Can't say that I can detect the danelions, but then again- I usually pull them out of my yard, can't say I've ever consumed one. Maybe this spring. Overall, decent session beer- but it sounds more interesting then it really is- This danelion ale had me swinging my hips, prancing around the kitchen, dipped in gold (A La Joe Pesci) - If you want to have this much fun, try this Ale- You won't be disappointed.
