LOOK: Carmel Amber in Color with a 3/4 inch Foamy White Head that remains Through Out, Excellent Lacing,
SMELL: Minimal Scents Noted, Very Subtle Citrus and Grains can be Noted but there is Nothing Jumping Out at You.
TASTE: Refreshing and Very Smooth, Nothing Overwhelming in taste, Kick, dryness, or bitterness,
FEEL: Smooth Drinkability with the Perfect Amount of Carbonation
OVERALL: Very Smooth Tasting Ale that would make an Excellent Session Beer....So Smooth it is almost TOO easy to drink...(If THAT makes any sense).... Nice Job Cape Cod Beer I would purchase this Ale Again and Recommend it to Friends.

Growler filled at the brewery.
Poured into large glass stein, formed a 3/4" off-white head over the clear coppery amber brew. Head holds on well, and lacing is good. Aroma is balanced.
Taste is biscuity upfront, a light peek of citrus in the middle, and balancingly bitter through the close. Mouthfeel is very smooth, and drinkability is great. Comes together nicely, and exhibits the talent that a brewery enjoying a birthday (or many) should possess. Good one!
