#400 12 oz. Into Bell's snifter. Brought down from Michigan with the in-laws.
Pretty sturdy black pour, some brown bubbles that spread to a ring around the glass.
Very roasty aroma, coffee, espresso, malt, dark chocolate.
Taste has all sorts of roast to it as well. Mocha latte with come cocoa sprinkled on top. The coffee lingers along with some chocolate milk or chocolate covered coffee beans.
The slightly lively carbonation makes it not quite creamy, but almost. Still a slick heavy medium body. Abv is nowhere present.
A beast of a coffee stout. Probably somewhere between an American and Double stout. Makes you want to keep sipping it, a rare quality. Outstanding none the less and worth seeking out if reasonable.
Probably even better on draft if you can get it.
