A - Nice two finger head, with snow white foam, great lace, a bit cloudy for a pilsner, no visible carbonation a minus for this style.
S - A bit of the skunk at first whiff, not terrible but it is noticeable.
T - Now in all fairness I did have a Belgian quad before I tried this beer so that may be impacting my assessment but there certainly seems to be some strange unexpected flavors that I would not expect in a pilsner.
M - Not much body but this is a pilsner so for the style I would say the body is appropriate.
D - OK drinkable once you get accustomed to that slightly strange non pilsner flavor. I afraid that this beer is going in my reject beer stash.

Classic pilsner style lager. Straw in color, with a few fingers of head that has great retention. Rings of lacing are left behind as it settles to a fingernail cap. Tiny bubbles stream constantly towards the surface. Big aromas of biscuit, white pepper, lemon, classic floral and grassy hops. Clean, crisp flavor with lemongrass, biscuit and cracker malt, and bites of peppery goodness.

L: Hazy straw under a ½” white foam collar that quickly dissipates to a thin film. S: has a strong pilsner malt nose with some earthy hop in the background. T: A rich malt backbone with a light apple touch and an earthy hop finish. F: Crisp, light body and medium carbonation. O: A rich, refreshing, full flavored pilsner.
