Poured into pint glass.
Pours 1/2 finger of khaki head. Fades to a thick ring. Color is a dark ruby color with a brown hue to it.
Aroma: Mainly of malts and grassy hops. Caramel malts with some dark fruit flavors. Raisins in particular.
Taste: Has a sour flavor to it. Cherries and raisins. Very malty. Caramel and bready flavors. Uniquely odd.
Mouthfeel: A bit tart and smooth. Medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Ends a bit dry but I like it.
Overall, decently drinkable. The sour notes surprised me a bit, but they fit well with this beer for some reason and I didn't mind it.
