A - Pours a clear golden-orange with a touch of haze and a thin finger of light white head. The head fades fairly quickly with little lace and lots of visible carbonation.
S - Aroma is a mix of lemon peel, clove, banana, and wheat. More pungent than expected.
T - Starts off with some slightly acidic lemon with some wheat in the background. Through the middle, the sharpness of the lemon starts to fade with some clove and banana flavors form the yeast coming through. The finish is a mix of yeast flavors with the lemon peel flavor lingering.
M - Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth and very refreshing.
D - Extremely drinkable. The balance of flavors is really nice throughout. I especially like the bit of kick that starts off the beer. Light in body, but full of flavor.

Pours gold. Foamy, short, white head that fades fast with light lacing.
Smells banana, clove, yeast, wheat, hint of lemon and hint of skunky
Tastes strong clove and banana, citrus peel. Followed by light wheat, yeast funk and grain. Finish is dry with citrus peel and spice linger. Medium body and creamy medium carbonation.

My Mom-in-law brought back a mixed 12pck from up North. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had hints of apricot. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a great beer after mowing the lawn.

Served on tap, thin layer of head, straw color. Smell is pure bananas and clove, and taste follows right down the line with a nice wheat backbone. Fell was a little thinner than I would have liked, somewhat watery, but otherwise a great little hefe. One to pick up if it's ever bottled.
