Aww Jeah is a double American IPA with a dark orange hue and big hop aromas. Sweet malt collides with an array of hop flavors ranging from sticky fruit to pine in this brew. Aww Jeah shifts towards a finish that is sharp and bitter.

This is a great beer for the price. I like that it's not overly sweet to compensate for harsh bitters. Drinks more like a west coast ipa than a midwest.

Beer number 2 of the night and another ten percenter. Might need a few palate washers already since I haven't drank brews with such breadth in quite a while.
Park of the holiday pack. Still upset the only quality craft shop in town was sold and the actual craft selection was cut in half. Oh well. Sucks to suck.
Look - Clear golden with an amber tint that melds to create a mixture. Head is a finger and a half and quite frothy. Carbonation appears to be moderate.
Smell - Moderate amounts of pine really dominate the scent. Maybe even a bit of honey if I've not lost my touch? Can tell it's gonna be sticky before I even take a sip.
Taste - Pine dominates the entirety of the flavor though it stays moderate. There is a high level of bitterness that works in unison with it quite well.
Feel - Sticky mouthfeel. Once again all pine. Touch of alcohol on the swallow.
Overall - Reminded me a lot of the Yoda's Blend I just drank without the toasted edge and a toned down heat. Pretty solid high ABV DIPA that went well with a cigar. Give it a shot, perfect season for the warmth that comes along with it.

12oz bottled 10/22/18 (5 weeks ago) poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass at fridge temp, no ABV listed on label. The beer pours bright light honey in color with sticky off white head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves plenty of lacing. The aroma is caramel malt, citrus and pine. The taste is soft caramel malt with an immediate rush of bitter pine and slightly sweet citrus. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with less than medium carbonation and a dry finish. There is significant booze in the taste as it approaches room temperature. Overall, very good. If you like a big bitter, malt balanced DIPA, this is one to try. Deliciously old school.

Poured an orange/ caramel color
Smells of resin, floral, fruity notes and caramel malt
Taste like it smells, but mellow hops. The Abv is well hidden in the flavor offerings.
Medium body mouth feel with the right amount of carbonation.
Overall this is a fantastic offering from Short's. For the abv % this is well done its sometimes hard to hide that in a DIPA. I would seek out this beer again, I haven't had a bad brew from short's yet.

Bottle to snifter from the Hoppy Holidays pack. Very much reminds me of 90 minute. Malt bomb of a double with plenty of hop punch. Nice boozy finish as well. Very well done.

Pours orangish Amber. Foamy, medium, off white head that Fades slowly with lacing.
Smells caramel malt, Pine, Citrus and Floral.
Tastes Bready Malt and Pine. Followed by Light Citrus, floral, pepper and more malts. Finishes dry with pine linger and is well balanced. Medium body and creamy medium carbonation.
