Cerveza De Julie is a pale yellow Mexican Lager brewed with real lime. Delicate yeasty aromas gather quickly from the ample amount of carbonation in this lighter bodied beer style. Soft grain sweetness enhanced by unobtrusive lime qualities bring out a subtle snappy tartness, which turns mildly bitter before a crisp refreshing finish.

Crisp refreshing lager from a great Midwest brewery. 8/7/20 date printed on bottle. Pours a clear golden color with lots of fluffy white head that settled to some nice spotty lingering lacing. Smells of crisp grain, corn, malt, a little weak floral hops, faint wheat. Taste follows the nose, quite crisp and refreshing, easy to drink. Great for a hot summer's day. Smooth mild mouthfeel, a little thin, good carbonation. A nice easy drinking lager. Didn't particularly notice the lime, however.

12oz bottle thanks to @floridadrift
A — Pours out a bright pale yellow color into the glass, there is a bright white thin head that forms, but it fades rather quickly to a thin layer of foam atop the beer, leaving behind some thin, but quick disappearing bits of lace.
S — Smell is nice and lightly grainy, I get some cereal malt, some light oat character, lightly yeasty and bright. Some limey notes on the nose as well, lime zest, light lemon juice, just nice and light overall.
T — Much like the nose, this starts lightly sweet with some grainy oat character, followed with a pleasant yeasty kick, and a nice lingering fresh squeezed lime juice finish. Feels weird typing these descriptors out, but this is tasty and refreshing.
M — Light in body, dry, crisp, clean, easy drinking and refreshing, could easily have a few of these.
O — Great overall, superbly refreshing and quaffable, would grab it if available in my area.

Poured into a hefe glass it has a slightly hazy straw yellow color with a big 3 inch thick white foamy head. Smell of lager yeast, lemon, slight lime, some earth, little bit of biscuit malt, and corn. Taste is nice and light, good amount of quick carbonation, a bit of lime, corn, biscuit malt, spice, and mint. It has a light mouth feel and body.

From zombier. In Duvel glass. After dinner. During sister in law visit. Nice aspect but not very good taste. Better in big sips. Not to repeat

Not usually a big fan of cervezas, but really, I've only had corona and modelo which isn't saying a whole lot. This was a souped-up version of a corona, with specialty grains instead of adjuncts, and you could tell right away by the flavor. A very light, refreshing, yellow beer. Had this with a lime wedge while eating dinner harbor-side in Michigan and it was going down way too easily. The best cerveza I've had by far. I gave this one a pretty decent score because hey, for the style, they did a damn good job.
