This is a very interesting place, very well located, near everything but on the other hand, right on the train tracks. Long, narrow, very dark, loud and good music, I was really pleased by the ambient although understand someone's reluctance - it is not your typical quiet, sipping beer place.
Service is good, food is average although I tried only one item.
Selection could be better, but they have enough good stuff to keep you busy, mostly american.
I will come back next time I am in Boston, definitely.

Great neighborhood spot! Love the bartenders and wonderful beer selection. I love the menu, as well. It gets hard to breath in there during sporting events, but any other night of the week you can get a delicious burger with tater tots and a stellar local beer for not too much money.

This is my favorite bar in Boston. With an excellent rotating tap like and and supreme bottle list I can't really say anything bad about the place. Sometimes difficult to find a spot at busy times and the Red Sox crowd drinking Twisted Tea makes for an interesting day. Any bar that plays Relationship of command all the way through though and I can get Great Divide on tap is okay in my book.
