On tap at Cafe Centrale in Viterbo. First beer in Italy + people watching! Crushable lager.

The labelling shown in the bottle image above has been superceded. The labels are now far more decorative, bright yellow and a vivid blue, 'prettified' if you like.
L- Pours pale amber and clear, good rising CO2 + 2Cm white foam lid. Holds up well.
S- Just some mild grain for me.
T- All pretty low key and simple. Lager like with just a slightly higher dose of hops, noticable in the finish, than a generic brand.
F- Just on the dryer side of things, more like a pilsener than an 'average lager'.
O- Well it's refreshing but has no particular unique character to it, which also means no reason to buy it again. It's not offensive in any way, just unexciting. FWIW I've had another couple of beers from this brewery this week and this might be the best of the three.
£2.80/330ml bottle from Il Mercato a Med deli in the Grafton Centre, Cambridge UK. BB: 05/2023

From a bottle at Il Giardino degli Ulivi in Montevago, Sicily. A pretty, dark yellow. Crisp lager with floral notes and a little honey sweetness. If you try hard, you can taste the "sale" from the Sicilian Sea.

Enjoying this Sicilian beer in Livigno, ski, cycling, sports resort in the Alps. At Vetta hotel, (*recommended)
After climbing Stelvio the highest cycling tour pass in Alps a 5000 foot climb. Perhaps its why I rate this beer higher than everyone on BA. (brewed by Heineken)
a) Cloudy, Dark yellow with decent sediment, rich lasting white head that laces dots.
s) Lemony, plenty of bright hop as in a Euro Lager.
t) Grain, lemon, slightly floral.
f) More character, not watery for a Euro Lager. Just different enough.
o) When in Italy, this is a great first beer of the evening, along with Forst and Moretti is perhaps a better food beer.

I had this beer while on vacation in Rome. Poured from a brown 11.2 oz. bottle. Has a dark golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of grains, light malts. Taste is the same as the aroma, and what I would expect for the style. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall, it ain't bad.

Het, this one is almost like a Czech pilsner, even though it’s made by Heineken! It smells very close to Saaz hops like a Bohemian brew and also tastes quite pleasant (saying “quite” because although it lacks the metallic or foul aftertast, it has a slight decrease in the feel and a very slight film sticks to your tongue as you drink it). Carbonation is not too sharp, altogether it is quite a good quality European lager, beyond my expectations. I would rate it “not bad” instead of the current “poor”.

A bottle at Zizzi's. Straw colour. Very fizzy. Frothy head.
Little aroma discerned. Earthy perhaps?
Tastes like every other euro lager to me. Grainy and lacking in depth.
I suppose it was quite refreshing with my calzone.
