Poured from a growler into a shaker pint glass.

A: Clear, light amber color with less than one finger of off-white foam head. Heavy lacing remains on the glass.

S: Rustic bread reminiscent of Munich pale malt is dominant, ahead of mild floral and earthy hops aromatics.

T: Begins off-dry, with soft bready malt and restrained hops aromatics that match the smell well. Mild, yet bright, light citrus qualities breeze across the palate in the brief, retreating middle. The finish is very forgiving, with a residual sweetness and very mild bitterness for the style.

M: Thin to medium viscosity, balanced on the palate, with moderate carbonation.

D/O: Balanced between unobtrusive yet interesting malt qualities and equally nuanced hops, this beer seems to take a half of a step toward English hops notes while the yeast remains stubbornly clean--well in American territory. It proves to be an easy-drinker; it would be a sensible and well-considered choice for the role of flagship IPA.

A: Poured a light golden-amberish color with good carbonation leaving a small white cap, some bubbles and decent lacing follows.

S: Quite a bit of citrus on the nose. Mainly orange peel, tangerines and grapefruits. A few flowers.

T: This beer as an initial sweetness with light bready malt background with a copious amount of citrus hops and minor flowers. It has a nice but light bittering sensation with a nice moderately dry, pseudo sweet finish

M: Medium bodied, well carbonated, just the right amount of bittering hops on the tongue and palate for me. A little sweet with citrus notes clinging to the tongue

O: A very simple, straightforward American IPA but still very easy to drink, tastes good with no major flaws.
