nice aesthetic. huge open area with a very traditional feel. of course i was very disappointed in only being able to choose from five beers though. and on top of that they were all german styles. i like german beers but it would just be nice to be able to choose something different.

for some reason they only serve beers in 14, 20, and 24 oz sizes. it was about the same price as my local pub, but two ounces less. so i had two red stallions and watched a jazz group.

the red stallion was pretty good, but it was very dry and thin. i tried my friends beers and they seemed to all have different flavors but the same end mouthfeel.

definately worth a stop by if youre doin the whole bourbon street tourist thing like i was.

Pretty standard old school, chain brewpub vibe, near Jackson square, right in the heart of the French quarter. The beer is ok at best and they only had 4 varieties on tap when we were there. Service was decent, but I'm sure it gets a bit dicey when crowded. If this were located just about anywhere else it would struggle to justify its existence, as it is it's about what you'd expect in the most touristy part of the city and the out of touch, lackluster beer is almost a decent option for the area.

Bartenders were the rudest I have ever encountered. New Orleans is more of a PRB and a shot city. Embrace that philosophy and enjoy yourself!

Centrally located in french qt. large bar and dining hall. On a
hot NOLA day, their Hefeweizen will do you right. They also offer a togo window with a couple select drafts

Pretty chill place. They only have 5 of their own beers. 1 outta 2 of those that I tried were good. Very mediocre food. Nothin too crazy. Plus everything was WAAAAAAAAYYYY overpriced!!! For me and my girl to get the cheapest thing on the menu each, and three drinks each, it was 80 friggin bucks!! Plus they messed up on my food and her drink. Won't be goin back.
