Clear amber brown with lumpy tan froth that rims.
Waxy yeast, nutty malts, and some spicy apple - no US/NZ hops to be found.
Apply crumble - fruit, cloves, and pastry - with some winter spice and noble bite.
Spice cookie finish and tingly linger.
Light to medium, some chew, fizzy.
Trades the hops of regular Bellerose for a spice addition. Very Christmassy - drinkable and balanced, if a bit too lively. But without the cross-continental hop hit, not half as interesting as the original.
