On tap at American Flatbread Burlington. Deep brown. Smells of earthy hops, brown malts and some roasted malts. Tastes aggressively hopped here, too. Hop bitterness from the start. Sweet bready malt peeks though. A little bit roasty and toasty in the back end. High carbonation and light bodied. Another good English style from this brewery. This one is pretty aggressive, though.

Poured from a growler poured a few hours ago into the test glass.
A - Chestnut colored, vibrant and steady carbonation feeds an off white cap. Little lacing in stand alone randomness.
S - Lightly toasted malts, some walnut, dark toast, earthy hops add a nice touch, a bit of caramel and a kiss of brown sugar.
T - A bit sweet to start, excellent malt display, some delicate roast notes, just enough bitterness to balance, Goldings and Fuggles maybe, add a hint of spice.
M - Lightly saunters across he palate, starts a bit sweet, then gently a kiss of smoke, wisps in before the exit. Lingering elements include, earthy malt, and a hint of toasted oak.
O - In the catalog of offerings from Zero Gravity, this is a diamond in the ruff, what a wonderful, full flavored well carbonated, 4.0% English mild. I was thrilled in the land of Burlington IPA, IIPA, IIIPA, to enjoy this offering, well executed and exceptionally drinkable. A shout out to the folks who keep this available at the brewpub.
Cheers

Tap: Poured a light clear brown color ale with a small light brown foamy head with light retention. Aroma of light caramelized malt with really nice floral hoppy notes that are subtle but still noticeable. Taste is also a solid mix between some light caramelized malt with dry aftertaste with nice subtle floral hoppy notes with a dry finish. Body is light with medium carbonation. Super great example of the style.

Had on tap. Clear dark brown with a tan collar, no carbonation here captain. Burnt caramel, toast, and raisin aromas. Taste adds a shot of licorice into the caramel, slight smoke in the finish, a flavorful yet properly mild experience. Very nice balance, very smooth and easily drinkable

Had on tap at Burlington's American Flatbread.

A very dark brown body with a creamy and silky 1 finger head. Toasted nuts and some dried fruit. Same in the flavor but much more so. Lightness is felt in the body revealing a bit of thinness but overall a great ale.
