This is one fine establishment! Let's start with the beers. They had 5 house beers on tap(an IPA, English Pale, Blueberry Dubbel, a stout and another belgian), and a cask poured from a beer engine. The cask was IPA dryhopped with warrior, and was outstanding. They also had a sizeable guest tap list, with some rare offerings from Stone, DFH, Allagash, and Smutty. The flatbread food quality was amazing(all organic and local), and you can have a field day with different pizza/beer pairings. The staff was freindly and knowledgable. If you're visitng Burlington, definitely make this a must-stop.

More of a "hipster" type place. Overall had a nice selection of beer.

Wonderful spot. THe pizza's are great as is the atmosphere. I've been both in warm and winter weather and thought the ambiance was more conducive to the winter feeling. But the quality of the beer was quite nice.
Definitely a spot to hit while in town.

The flatbread is very good, though if you don't want pizza you aren't going to have much else to choose from. Prices are reasonable and the beer is good. Nice selection of house beers and while they don't offer flights they do serve half pints if you want to try a few different things. The lagers were actually the standouts of what we had with the hoppy beers being good but not great.
