A - light through center of glass. Off white head that leaves nice lacing.
S - something like a hazelnut ice cream. Toasted malts and overall goodness
T - toasted malts or hazelnut flavor. Very nice.
M - good coating and the entire front half of your tongue tingles.
D - certain all-nighter. Would be good alone or with food.

The Duck-Rabbit Milk Stout has a medium, beige, creamy head, some lacing left behind, and a dark brown appearance, with some visible bubble streams on the side of the glass. The aroma is of sweet, sugary, brown bread crust, milk powder, chocolate powder, and even a touch of black cherry. Taste is of all that, with a nice, subtle, balancing bitterness to follow up. Mouthfeel is thick and velvety, and The Duck-Rabbit Milk Stout finishes powdery dry, easy going, and smooth. Overall, this is an outstanding beer. I love it!
