A - Just cracking the bottle was enough to start the beer foaming. After transporting to the glass, the beer is a mahogany color with a moderate pillowy head. Good retention and lacing.
S - Big aroma of caramel and grains, with a hint of fruit. Noticeable alcohol aroma.
T - Lots of sweetness and alcohol in the flavor. Just enough hop presence to provide some balance.
M - Syrupy mouthfeel, not much carbonation.
D - A very good winter beer, warming and sweet. High alcohol presence is noticeable, but not detracting.
