From Blind Bomber BIF (Thanks to Hophead101!):
A: A little unimpressive. Pretty small, dark-cream colored head. Dark, reddish-amber transluscent pour. Pretty thick, some legs appear when swirled around in the glass.
S: Still fresh smelling. A little bit of booze, strong sweetness (maple, maybe?). Vanilla, dark fruit and a little bit of a citrus finish. Pretty well balanced.
T: Fruity, a bit boozy. Strong dark sugars and a pretty bready malt profile. Faily bitter.
M: Feels a little bit thinner than I expected given the appearance and flavor of the beer. Light carbonation, but just enough.
D: High. Enjoyably sweet, but not overpoweringly so; balanced out with a nice bitter finish.
Nice! I'd tried this once before and remembered it being pretty enjoyable. It held up similarly well blind; definitely would like to drink more of this as well as DR's other stuff.
