Poured out a clear medium amber with a very short lasting white head. A hint of lacing hangs on. There is a mild aroma, slight pine and earthy hops playing off the equally light malt sweetness. The taste is quite close to the aroma with just a little more oomph where it matters. Very crisp on the finish. An above average APA.

A: Copper orange, moderate carbonation, 3 fingers of off white foamy head with random lacing.

S: Pine, citrus, orange candy, hard candy, mango.

T: Light sweetness, light red pepper without the heat, citrus candy, fruit loops from the middle through the finish.

M: Medium body, medium carbonation.

O: Well done pale ale. I've seen it on the shelves of supermarkets so much in North Carolina, I've given it a miss until now. Worth a try.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a 14 oz "pint" glass. Pours orange-yellow, very cloudy, with a fluffy white head. Smells of citrus and pine hops, inviting. Tastes of very heavy pine hops, even a bit syrupy. Beer is heavily carbonated but still very refreshing, good finish, light bodied. Overall, an above average beer.

Appearance: 1” fluffy white head, cloudy golden color with significant carbonation. Large amount of lacing as well.
Aroma: Citrus dominates – tangerine and orange. Some biscuit malt as well and a bit of yeasty bread.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied and somewhat sticky, noticeable carbonation in the swallow with a dry finish.
Flavor: toasted bread, a bit of raisin, tangerine. Flavor is more balanced than the aroma.
Overall: I found this brew enjoyable and drinkable. A nice session ale.
